Seatpost Mounted Collar w/ Rack Mounts Black 34.9mm

This seatpost collar replaces the existing one on your frame. It secures the seatpost in the frame, but adds a couple of mounts or 'braze-ons' that enable the mounting of the top arms/struts/extensions of a rear rack (provided your frame can accomodate the bottom mounts of the rack).
