BIKE SERVICING
At Epic, we do a full range of servicing on all bikes - from high-end road bikes and full suspension MTBs to touring bikes, commuters, electric bikes and even folding bikes! Our standard services are set out below but we are also not afraid of the weird & the wonderful and will do our best to accommodate whatever challenges you bring to us. Suspension, electronic shifting, Rohloffs, Sturmey Archers, racks and trailers are all part of what we do.
We make a point of having experienced, competent and conscientious mechanics on staff who take pride in their work. Epic's workshop staff will always seek to provide you with first class work, professional advice and timely delivery of repairs. We work hard to give you a same day turnaround on pre-booked service jobs. Our workshop is always busy - please book ahead!
Our work is guaranteed for 3 months after the service date (except for normal wear & tear).

All prices are for labour only and don’t include the cost of any parts fitted.
Additional charges apply to suspension, e-bike and cargo bike servicing (contact us for details).
This is the full strip down and rebuild of your bike to get back in tip top shape and running like a dream. If you ride on a weekly basis we recommend this service is done every 12-18 months. Also recommended prior to a big touring trip or racing season.
Recommended every 6-12 months to keep your regular ride running smoothly and trouble free.
Recommended every 3-6 months as a stitch in time to catch any issues before they catch you! Please note, the bike must be clean and the drive train degreased to be eligible for this service.
Specific repair requests will be estimated using the hourly rate. We will discuss the time required with you when you check the bike in.
BIKE SALES
All bikes sold at Epic include a free complimentary service within the first four weeks of purchase. Our workshop is always busy - please book ahead!.
