Unparalleled Reliability & Low Maintenance:

• Rohloff Speedhub & Gates Carbon Belt Drive: Say goodbye to greasy chains and constant derailleur adjustments. All current Vivente models feature the legendary Rohloff 14-speed internal gear hub paired with a Gates Carbon Belt Drive. This system is sealed from the elements, impervious to mud and grit, and requires minimal maintenance, ensuring a smooth and reliable ride, no matter the conditions.

• Chromoly Steel Frame: Vivente's "World Randonneur" frames are built from double-butted chromoly steel. This material is not only strong and durable but also offers a comfortable ride. It's renowned for its ability to handle heavy loads and absorb road vibrations, and unlike other materials, a major dent in a steel frame is not a structural problem.

• Integrated Dynamo Lighting: Every Vivente comes equipped with a front and rear lighting system powered by a dynamo hub. This means no batteries to charge or replace, ensuring you have bright, reliable lights day and night.

Vivente offers a refined range of models, each designed around a specific riding style while retaining the core Vivente principles of durability and low maintenance.

• The Gibb: Named after the rugged Gibb River Road in Western Australia, The Gibb is a state-of-the-art travel bike designed to handle the roughest terrain with heavy luggage. It features comfortable trekking bars for multiple upright hand positions.

• Swabia: Tested extensively in Europe, the Swabia is a drop-bar travel bike built for superior efficiency and aerodynamics. It's the choice for riders who want the speed and multiple hand positions of a drop bar, without sacrificing durability.

• Diamantina: Born from the Queensland Channel Country, the Diamantina is a touring bike designed to comfortably handle rough and loose terrain with luggage. It comes standard with Baramind bars, a unique handlebar that flexes to absorb shocks while maintaining rigidity for control.

• Barcoo: Another model with roots in Western Queensland, the Barcoo is a travel bike with a wider, swept-back handlebar for easier steering in challenging conditions.

Each model is a part of the "World Randonneur" family, and they all offer a high degree of customisation in handlebar type, tire width (from 40mm to 70mm), and gear ratios to suit your specific touring needs.

Vivente bikes are custom-assembled to order in Tasmania, ensuring you get the perfect bike for your next adventure. Ordering one with us is a straightforward and personal process.

1. Get in Touch with Our Team: The best way to start is to call us at (07) 3368 2324 or visit our Brisbane store. Our knowledgeable staff are experts in touring and adventure cycling and will guide you through the process of selecting the right model, frame size, and customisations for you.

2. Consultation & Configuration: During your consultation, we will help you:

• Choose the ideal Vivente model based on your intended use (e.g., The Gibb for off-road touring, Swabia for road efficiency).

• Determine the correct frame size for your body type.

• Select your preferred tire width and gearing options.

3. Place Your Order: Once your bike is configured, we will place a custom order with Vivente. Due to their custom-built nature, Vivente bikes typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive at our store for final assembly and checks.

4. Pickup or Delivery: We will notify you the moment your Vivente arrives. You can choose to collect your bike from our Brisbane workshop, where we can talk you through all its features, or we can arrange professional shipping to you, anywhere in Australia.
