A BUG or, Bicycle
Users' Group, is a cycling advocacy group whose members are local residents and/or
cyclists who use the local area. BUGS can be very effective in bringing
about improvements for local cyclists, as the many success stories can
testify to. Local area BUGS usually work with the relevant state's
bicycle advocacy group; in this case, Bicycle To see if there is a
BUG in your area, check the list below.

INNER The INNER WEST BUG

Generally, meetings were held on the last Sunday of each month but were rescheduled to avoid clashes with long weekends and the like. Meetings were seen as a good opportunity to socialise with other cyclists and were usually held in a local cafe.

The Inner West BUG is currently sleeping as we’re all a bit busy at the moment. However, some enthusiastic new members may be all that is needed to wake it up again.
